What is the difference between Upcycling & Repurposing?
Upcycling is to convert old or discarded materials into something useful and more appealing.
Repurposing is to reuse for a different (often better) purpose, on a long term basis, with or without alteration in the process.
How do I place an order?
You can purchase any of the available products by clicking on the ‘Shop Now’ or ‘Buy Now’ buttons or by clicking on any of the images and clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ option. Each item you’ve selected to buy will appear in your shopping cart.
You have the option of adding or changing your selection, as well as quantities, before you proceed to the next stage for payment. Once you have completed your shopping selections, select your preferred payment method and check your shipping address is correct.
GST & Shipping
Please note: GST (10%) is now inlcuded in all product pricing, however Shipping rates are not included in the product price. These are calculated on the total sales value & size/weight of items at the Shopping Cart / Checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply to orders to be delivered to remote places & for bulky/heavy items, which you will be quoted for by email.
Delivery periods will vary depending on the size & destination of your order. Most parcels will be sent by Australia Post courier service. However some overseas and remote locations will require alternative consignment arrangements and will be quoted by email at the time of your inquiry/purchase. On the shopping cart screen you will see a comments space. Please specify any specific delivery instructions (eg leave at side gate).
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We of course want you to love our products as much as we do & pride ourselves on the quality of the craftsmanship & products offered. We offer a 100% quality guarantee whereby any faulty product will be replaced or exchanged. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days to discuss the options of return for an exchange or refund. Returns for exchange will be accepted on the basis that you pay for the return delivery and we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange item to you. For returns due to a faulty product, we will arrange a courier pick up of the item within 7 days of the request.
